"AMAZING! Excellent communication, reliable and very friendly, polite and professional. Explained in detail what the issue was and exactly what needed to be done. Main issue turned out to be with my neighbours side and not mine. They were more than happy to go and speak to my neighbour to explain the issue. Put my guttering connection back and fixed it in place. Due to this being a fairly quick job, they didn't even want any money. How amazing is that?! Definitely use again and would recommend to anyone needing their roofs fixed."
